1. Right to Withdraw

  2. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received, without additional damage, alterations, or missing parts.

  3. The right to withdraw may not apply in cases permitted by law, particularly for used or collectible items where the condition has changed after delivery.

2. Used & Collectible Items

  1. All items offered for sale are second-hand and/or collectible items.

  2. Each product listing includes a detailed description and photographs that accurately reflect the item’s condition at the time of sale.

  3. Normal signs of use, wear, age-related marks, or patina do not constitute a defect and are not valid grounds for a complaint or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. To request a return, customers must contact us by email at support@editrade.co.uk within the applicable return period.

  2. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  1. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  2. If a return is approved due to an error made by the Seller (such as receiving an incorrect item or an item significantly not as described), the Seller will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. If an item arrives damaged or materially not as described, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Clear photographs showing the issue and packaging condition are required to process the complaint.

  3. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect the ability to obtain a refund or replacement.

6. Refund Method

  1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
