The stamp depicts the Facultad de Humanidades (Faculty of Humanities) building on the university campus. Printed by Estrella de Panamá. Denomination 21 centésimos, issued as part of the Correo Aéreo (airmail) series. The stamp shows a diagonal bar cancellation and has been cleanly used.
